AJA U-TAP Overview

Capture 3G-SDI video on your computer or laptop with this AJA U-TAP USB 3.0 (3.2 Gen 1) SDI capture device. The compact converter fits in your pocket and features a 3G-SDI input and a 3G-SDI output, along with a USB 3.0 (3.2 Gen 1) Type-B output, which is also backward compatible.

The U-TAP SDI supports frame rates up to 1080p60 and supports auto-scaling. The SDI loop output allows sending the source SDI signal to monitors, switchers, and other destinations. Embedded stereo audio is also supported and is sent through the USB output to your computer. A wide range of software on Windows, macOS, and Linux is supported, and no additional drivers are required. The unit is powered via the USB Type-B connection using the included cable.
