Datavideo TP-300 Overview
The Datavideo TP-300B Prompter Kit for iPad and Android tablets with Bluetooth/wired remote works with your iPad or Android tablet using Datavideo’s free DV Prompter software. The included remote control is compatible and approved for use with the downloadable DV Prompter software.

The prompter’s cradle is adjustable, allowing it to accommodate tablets ranging from 4.1″ to 7.8″ wide. The prompter uses 60/40 partially silvered glass to reflect the text from your iPad toward the talent. The glass features red and green stickers indicating which side should face the camera lens during initial assembly or after removing the glass for cleaning.

Two riser blocks are included to help center your camera. Hook-and-loop fasteners allow you to attach the lens hood to prevent unwanted reflections on the mirrored glass. For outdoor shooting, the included side curtains can be attached for additional protection against glare.

You can mount the camera directly onto the prompter frame or use the included riser blocks to position it at the center of the glass. The adjustable cradle can be configured in a standard prompting position or in a below-the-lens setup as needed.

The included remote can connect to your tablet via Bluetooth or wired connection. For wired use, a 9′ cable is provided. The remote can be charged using an optional USB charger or by connecting it to a computer with the included USB charging cable.

Important Note: The remote is only compatible with the free DV Prompter software and is not guaranteed to work with other software.

The prompter is designed for use with camcorders and DSLR cameras and features removable riser blocks for centering adjustments.
