Sigma introduces the 28-45mm f/1.8 DG DN Art for Sony E, the first full-frame mirrorless zoom lens with a constant f/1.8 aperture throughout the entire zoom range. Featuring prime-like optical performance and a video-friendly design, its wide-to-normal focal range enables a lighter kit without compromising image quality.

Design and Performance

The lens incorporates 18 elements in 15 groups, including three aspherical and five Special Low Dispersion elements to minimize flare and ghosting and suppress aberrations. This results in optical performance that rivals Sigma Art prime lenses.
